Matt Hannon has extensive experience as a CEO of a middle market manufacturing concern and in corporate finance, M&A and business development.  He was part owner and CEO of a steel manufacturer with opeations in the U.S. and Canada. 

He has held executive positions involving telecommunications and other capital-intensive industries at GE Capital, CIBC World Markets, Toronto Dominion and Marine Midland Bank.  He was previously the President and CFO of a privately held investment firm engaged in acquiring manufacturing concerns, and is a former business development executive at Nupremis.  Mr. Hannon holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
